Remove remaining coffee from the filter.
STEP 3
Grind the coffee.
STEP 4
Press the coffee.

Check if the coffee is evenly pressed.
STEP 6
Hook the filter holder to the espresso machine.
STEP 7
Extract the coffee, for about 25 seconds.
STEP 8
Serve the coffee.
