This coffee comes from the volcanic soils of Fraijanes - Santa Rosa region. This Bourbon variety coffee grows between 1200 and 1600 meters above sea level. It is a washed and sun-dried coffee, resulting in a superbly balanced acidity. It has a strong taste and a good body, with an aftertaste of caramelized citrus that makes it very pleasant on the palate.
